摘 要
我国目前正处于扩大内需、加快基础设施建设和产业转型升级的关键时期，对先进装备有着巨大的市场需求。加工车间作为企业的制造中心，设计合理的车间设施规划，对高效生产起着重要作用。本文以江西荣成机械有限公司为对象，探讨了机械加工车间设施规划的基本模型。
小星星简谱进入21世纪以来，中国汽车产业飞速发展，同时带动相应的零部件产业迅猛发展。差速器这一汽车核心零部件的生产和制造由于存在生产技术落后、产品生产效率低、质量差、单位产品能耗高等缺点，从而成为汽车行业日趋关注的焦点。
本论文主要针对机械加工车间内存在的诸如物流路线不合理、运输时间长、设备布置混乱等若干问题，运用系统布置设计（SLP）方法进行改进，通过对车间作业单位，典型产品的工艺流程的分析比较和产品的物流和非物流相关关系分析，对机械加工车间生产设备进行重新布置，完成了对车间布局的优化，使物流效率得到较大的提高。
本论文还应用说话检讨Flexsim软件，建立了零件作业单元的仿真模型，对加工车间的布局结果进行了仿真评价。

ABSTRACT
China is now in the expansion of domestic demand, the critical period of the accelerat别时容易见时难ing infrastructure construction and industrial transformation. So the huge market demand need a lot of advanced equipment. Processing plant as the manufacturing center of the design workshop facilities planning, the efficient production plays an important role. Chine automotive industry has developed very rapidly since the 21 century.
