Dowe think in Electrical Waves? A Break Through Discovery

Rearchers may have just made abreakthrough discovery about how our brains nd information. This discoverycould both help us better understand how memory works and how information isspread without the u of a direct connection or synaps.
Rearchers found that information can betransferred in electrical waves throughout the neural tissue without followingthe traditional synaptic pathways.
Since our body is full of neurologicaltissue this discovery could indicate how the electrical fields from reiki, energy healing, chi gong, chakra energy, emotions, and other energy wavestravel across the body.
ElectricalWaves
Scientists ud to believe that informationwas only transferred along neural tissue, now they found that it can move inwaves, leaping small distances as it travels across the body.
The discovery was made when neural spikestraveling through the brain were recorded to
be too slow for any knownmechanism. The only explanation that scientists could come up with was that thewave was spreading across a mild electrical field that they were able to detectwith their instruments. Computer modeling tests also supported their theory.
“Others have been working on such phenomenafor decades, but no one has ever made the connections,” said Center forNeural Engineering Director Steven J. Schiff, at Penn State University. “Theimplications are that such directed fields can be ud to modulate bothpathological activities, such as izures, and to interact with cognitiverhythms that help regulate a variety of process in the brain.”
Thereport was recently published in The Journal of Neuroscience.

“Rearchershave thought that the brain’s endogenous electrical fields are too weak topropagate wave transmission,” said Dominique Durand, Elmer Lincoln LindthProfessor in Biomedical Engineering at Ca School of Engineering. “But itappears the brain may be using the fields to communicate without synaptictransmissions, gap junctions or diffusion.”
HowRearchers believe the fields may work
The computer modeling tests from a mou’shippocampi located in the center of the brain showed that the electrical fieldbegins in one cell or group of cells and then will spread like a wave over therest of nearby cells. The hippocampi is the area of the brainassociated with spatial navigation and memory.
Even though the electrical field is a lowamplitude the wave of energy will activate and excite nearby structures in thebody which will then become excited and spread to other nearby structures. Therate at which the wave travels is about 0.1 meter per cond. Just visualize awarm fuzzy feeling spreading around your body and you will understand how thisslow-moving but effective method of informational transfer can spreadthroughout your body.
Becau theta waves, such as tho insleep, are associated with how we form memories rearchers are looking intohow the new electrical waves will influence both our memory and thephysiology of epilepsy and izures. Durand’s lab is still arching for the
core source of what triggers the wave to occur.
ElectricalWaves Give more Evidence to a 6th Sen
If you have read our previous article on how science now backs up the sixthn and how our bodies take in data from electrical fields on the cellularlevel you will start to e how all of the pieces of data are fallinginto place. If you were nsitive enough to this level of stimuli then youcould potentially learn to feel and eventually manipulate the waves.
This also may explain our emotions and howthey em to start in an area of our body such as our heart or gut and thenwash over our entire being. As we work to understand what is going onenergetically within our bodies we may be able to gain greater control and ethe benefits to ancient practices that train on the specific energy fields.Yoga and chi gong may soon gain momentum as word of the discoveries spread.
