The primary purpo of this library is to help our people to identify and lect the right competency. The library offers a list of common competencies that grouped into meaningful clusters – provide consultant with an indication of the behaviors that will be valued, recognized and rewarded. This library is an important tool that could help consultant to enhance the behavioral interview.
