基于同行评价的小学语文听评课研究——以C市高新区三所小学为例

摘要
听评课作为改进课堂教学的重要途径,对课堂教学质量的提升和教师专业发展有着重要作用。本研究以同行评价为视角,研究、分析当下小学语文听评课的现状及存在的问题,并基于问题及其影响因素分析,提出解决问题的个人思考与建议,具有一定的理论和实践意义。
立足于提高小学语文听评课的专业性和实效性,本研究主要包含三大部分:理论分析、调查研究和对策建议。
一是理论分析部分。本研究基于同行评价的视角,对同行评价的功能及特征、小学语文听评课的特殊性、同行评价与小学语文听评课之间的关系以及基于同行评价的小学语文听评课的应然状态,即小学语文听评课应具备科学组织、主动互助、专业对话、指向性强等进行了深入分析,为本研究提供坚实的理论基础。
二是调查研究部分。本研究选取C市高新区三所小学82名语文教师为调查对象,通过问卷法、访谈法、观察法收集相关量化数据与质性资料,以审视当下小学语文教师同行听评课存在的问题,如缺乏规划、合作性缺失;认识偏离,积极性不高;理论欠缺、经验性过强;内容模糊,针对性不强等。发现其影响因素主要有缺乏科学明确的小学语文听评课组织制度;传统思想影响,语文教师听评课认识不全面;语文教师理论水平不够,难以跳出“经验”束缚;语文听评课标准缺失,难以明确听评课内容等。
唯美星空三是对策建议部分。针对小学语文同行听评课存在的问题及其影响因素,本研究提出了具体的思考与建议,如完善组织,强调合作;厘清认识,共同进步;加强学习,突破自我;明确内容,制定标准等。

ABSTRACT
As an important way to improve classroom teaching,class obrvation and evaluation plays an important role in improving classroom teaching quality and teachers’professional development.this study,Bad on the perspective of peer evaluation,studies and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of chine class obrvation and evaluation in primary school.Bad on the analysis and influencing factors of the problems,it puts forward personal thoughts and suggestions to solve the problems,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.
Bad on the improvement of the professionalism and the effectiveness of chine class obrvation and evaluation in primary school,this study mainly includes three parts:theoretical analysis,investigation and rearch,and countermeasures and suggestions.
The first part is the theory analysis.Bad on the perspective of peer evaluation,this study studies the functions and characteristics of peer evaluation,the particularity of chine class obrvation in primary school, the relationship between peer evaluation and chine class元宝汤

obrvation,and the proper state of chine class obrvation bad on peer evaluation,that is,chine class obrvation should have scientific organization,active mutual assistance, professional dialogue,strong directivity,etc.In-depth analysis provides a solid theoretical basis for this study.
The cond part is investigation.In this study,82chine teachers from three primary schools in C City High-tech district were lected as the subjects of investigation. Quantitative data and qualitative data were collected through questionnaires,interviews and obrvation methods to examine the problems existing in peer evaluation of chine teachers in primary school,such as lack of planning and cooperation; awareness deviation,low enthusiasm;lack of theory,too strong empirical;vague content,lack of pertinence.It is found that the main influencing factors are the lack of scientific and clear organizational system for chine class obrvation and evaluation in primary sc
hool;the incomplete understanding of chine teachers'listening and evaluation by traditional thoughts;the insufficient theoretical level of chine teachers,which makes it difficult to break away from the ‘experience’constraints;the lack of standards for chine listening and evaluation,which makes it difficult to clarify
