PREFACE
This document has been drawn with care to address what are likely to be the main concerns bad on the experience of the Noble Denton organisation.  This should not, however, be taken to mean that this document deals comprehensively with all of the concerns which will need to be addresd or even, where a particular matter is addresd, that this document ts out the definitive view of the

organisation for all situations.  In using this document, it should be treated as giving guidelines for sound and prudent practice on which our advice should be bad, but guidelines should be reviewed in each particular ca by the responsible person in each project to ensure that the particular circumstances of that project are addresd in a way which is adequate and appropriate to ensure that the overall advice given is sound and comprehensive.

1SUMMARY
1.1The guidelines have been developed for the loadout of items including offshore
非洲狮jackets, SPAR ctions, modules, bridges and components from the shore onto
floating or grounded barges and ships.
1.2This document superdes the previous revision, document no 0013/NDI/JR Rev 1
dated 7 July 1993.  A summary of the principal changes is given in Section 2.6.
1.3The guidelines are intended to lead to an approval by Noble Denton, which may be
sought where an operation is the subject of an insurance warranty, or where an
independent third party review is required.
1.4  A description of the Approval Process is included, for tho projects which are the
subject of an insurance warranty.
1.5The document includes the requirements for consideration, intended to reprent
sound practice, for the structure to be loaded, loadout site, link beams and skidways,
trailers, pumping and ballasting, jacking systems and winches, grounded loadouts,
收之桑榆moorings, afastenings, tugs and weather forecasts.
1.6Factors and methods for lifted loadouts are derived from Noble Denton’s lifting
guideline document  - no 0027/NDI – Guidelines for lifting operations by floating
crane vesls. A flow chart, bad on that document, is appended as a guide to lifting
calculations.
1.7Check lists are appended, to act as a guide to information to be prented.
2INTRODUCTION
2.1This report refers to the loadout of items including offshore jackets, SPAR ctions,

modules, bridges and components from the shore onto floating or grounded barges
and ships.  It contains general recommendations and checklists of information
required to allow approval of such operations by Noble Denton.
2.2Due to the wide range of loadout methods, this document cannot cover all aspects of
every loadout scheme.  Alternative proposals and methods will be considered on
their own merits, and can be approved if they are shown to be in accordance with
safe practice.
2.3This document applies particularly to skidded and trailer transported floating
loadouts, in tidal waters. The varying requirements for grounded loadouts, or
loadouts accomplished by lifting are also included. Reference to a 'barge' includes a
'ship' or a 'vesl' as applicable.
2.4For lifted loadouts, the factors to be applied to rigging arrangements, lift points and
structure may be derived from the latest revision of Noble Denton document
0027/NDI - Guidelines for lifting operations by floating crane vesls (Ref. 1).  It
should be noted that Ref. 1, although aimed primarily at offshore lifting operations,
also includes methods and factors for lifts by floating cranes inshore, and for
loadouts by shore-mounted cranes.
2.5The guidelines are intended to lead to an approval by Noble Denton. Such approval
does not imply that approval by designers, regulatory bodies and/or any other party
would be given.
喝红茶的好处2.6Revision 2 superdes and replaces the previous revision, document no 0013/NDI
Rev 1 dated 7 July 1993. Changes introduced in Revision 2 include;
•The inclusion of a Definitions Section
•Expansion of the Section on Limitation of Approval
•The introduction of the concept of class of loadout, depending primarily on the tidal conditions
•Reference to the Draft ISO Standard on Weight Control
•Relaxation of underkeel clearance requirements
•Expansion of the Section on Moorings
•Relationship of pumping requirements to the loadout class
•Relationship of propulsion, braking and pull-back system requirements to the loadout class
电饭煲做面包•Limited allowance of friction for temporary afastenings
•Reformatting and Section renumbering as necessary.
