Abstract ：The standardized construction and management of college canteen have become a common practice and management mode to implement food safety and ensure the normal operation of college canteens. The educational authorities of colleges and universities all over the country consider the standardization of canteen construction as an important basis and means to quantify and asss the food safety and canteen management in schools. The characteristic catering supply bad on the standardized construction and management mode has become an important subject of university catering work from now on, as teachers and students have more and more strong personalized demand for catering, with the increasing

高等学校食堂的餐饮保障能力与保障水平既是一所高校办学水平的重要体现，也是学校教学科研顺利
