Dear Mr. President,
My name is Li Ming. I am a sophomore of the law school. As the school year is drawing to a clo, I venture to write a letter to you about the canteen rvice on campus which has given ri to much complaint among students.
The focus of the complaint is the poor quality of the food. The rice is just like bullets and the buns are like hand grenades. They are too hard for us to chew. And the vegetables are so overcooked as to lo their nutrients. The fish and meat are not given full measure. The only thing we are satisfied with is the free soup. However, the price of the food is surprisingly high. If we have 3 meals all in the canteen, at least twelve yuan is gone to keep
our body and soul together. As a result, many of us go out to have meals.
Honestly speaking, the dining environment has been improved, with the wall painted and some Chine calligraphy works posted up. But there are only two canteens on the campus. As the number of students is ever increasing, there is not enough space and ats to allow us to have our meals there. The attitude of the rvice staff to the students is not hospitable at all.
All in all, there is still much room for improvement as far as the canteen rvice is concerned. I hope we will not suffer for another two years.

I'm a student in our university. I am writing this letter to inform you of the canteen rvice on our campus.
Generally speaking, we are not content with the canteen rvice in our university. The reasons are as follows：
First, although quality of the dishes is not bad, yet, most of the dishes remain unchanged all the year round. More and more students are complaining about eating the same food every day. So I think variety of the food is the most urgent problem that should be solved.
Second, the environment is not the same as we desire. Many students always talk so loudly that we can't enjoy our meals. So I suggest that there be some slogans on the wall to remind them to be quiet, and some soft background music to help us relax.

By the way the canteen workers are very patient in providing us with the rvice. So I think they should be given more incentive to offer us better rvice in the future.

In general, the rvice is satisfactory. The hall is clean and tidy. The dishes look inviting and taste delicious as well. What’s more, the workers there treat us as their friends, which makes us feel very happy.
