同时由于社会经济的持续快速发展,城市建设步伐加快,家长和社会对优质教育的需求日益强烈,民办幼儿教育的发展面临着新的形势和挑战。在幼儿教育方面,家长们不愿意自己的
孩子“输在起跑线上”,纷纷选择让孩子进入名园、特色园,造成了这些幼儿园教育供不应求的现象;另一方面,民办幼儿园的生存发展,不仅受到社会经济、政治文化等诸多外部因素的影响,也受到幼儿园自身管理运行机制等内部因素的制约,所以一些幼儿园在生源、师资、教育资源等方面都表现出很大的局限性。通过集团化的自主经营管理,运用品牌效应,扩大优质幼儿园教育的规模,正成为市场经济条件下办园体制改革的趋势。
审时度势,结合一些民办幼儿园发展的良好势头,本人提出以股份制和承办制为核心,走集团化发展的办园道路的设想。借助“依托名校办民校”的发展战略,实施“以优质示范幼儿园为依托,创办分园,拓展规模,实现集团化办园”的办学思路,成为幼儿园发展的一个新的发展探索模式。
