一、施工程序框图与施工步骤

1. 地坪标高确认：

3. 混凝土供应及铺筑
Cast Concrete
a.混凝土材料要求：
Concrete requirement:
- 混凝土标号为C30;
Concrete compressive strength: C30;
- 粗骨料最大粒径不超过25mm；
Largest size of coar aggregate : 25mm；
- 塌落度为10cm±2；
Slump： 10±2 cm；
±1.0% 以内
Air content within 3.0±1.0%;

Concrete must be supplied by the same company on the same construction site;
- 混凝土泵车的运输时间不应超过40分钟，搅拌车之间的时间间距不应超过10分钟；

- 塌落度测试标准，每60m³检查对1台泵车进行测试；
Slump test must be carry out every 60m³ concrete;

- 混凝土铺筑前必须仔细确认每项事宜，如发生未准备事宜而需要延长时间时，必须对已施工区域进行保养，以防止混凝土铺筑前异物混入等。
Everything related must be affirmed carefully before concrete casting. Once something unexpected happened during construction and a prolonged time is needed, curing must be taken immediately to the accomplished area in order to prevent foreign material mix in.

c. 混凝土铺筑标准：
Concrete casting standard:
