Then change-over ction 17 is installed between control equipment 6 and controlling ction 14 and between transmitting and receiving ctions 12 and 13, and, when cut-over signal detecting ction 15 detects that it is not necessary to receive data signals controlling ''go board'' 10, conversations between players can be performed by changing over change-over ction 17 during the period.
