成形纸透气度、接装纸透气度和打孔排数对卷烟滤嘴通风率的影响fsk调制

昆虫记读后感400字 摘要:采用单因素试验初步考察成形紙透气度、接装纸透气度和打孔排数3个因素对卷烟滤嘴通风率的影响,采用裂区试验进一步分析3个因素及其交互作用对卷烟滤嘴通风率和主流烟气化学成分的影响.结果表明:在单因素试验和裂区试验中,卷烟滤嘴通风率随着接装纸透气度或打孔排数的增加而增大;在3300~8000CU范围内,成形纸透气度对卷烟滤嘴通风率影响显著,超过8000CU后,成形纸透气度对卷烟滤嘴通风率的影响减小;成形纸透气度、接装纸透气度和打孔排数3个因素交互作用明显,可协同调节卷烟滤嘴通风率;随着成形纸透气度、接装纸透气度和打孔排数的增加,卷烟主流烟气中烟碱、焦油和CO的含量逐渐降低.在实际生产中,选取成形纸透气度8000CU,接装纸透气度250CU,打孔排数3排,既能降低卷烟烟气中烟碱、焦油和CO含量,又能减少烟气香味损失.
Abstract:Thesingle\|factorexperimentwasudtoinvestigatetheeffectoffilterwrap’sairpermeability,tippingpaper’sairpermeability,andperforationrownumberonthefilterventilationrateofthecigarette.Furthermore,theeffectsofthreefactorsandtheirinteractiononthefilterventilationrateofthecigaretteandthechemicalcompositionofmainstreamsmokebysplit\|plotexperimentwereanalyzed.Theresultsshowedthatthefilterventilationrateofthecigaretteincreadwiththeincreaoftippingpaper’sairpermeabilityorperforationrownumberinsingle
\|factorexperimentandsplit\|plotexperiment.Intherangeof3300~8000CU,theeffectofthepermeabilityoftheformedpaperontheventilationrateofthecigarettefilterwassignificant.Afterexceeding8000CU,theeffectoffilterwrap’sairpermeabilityonthefilterventilationrateofthecigarettedecread.Thethreefactorsoffilterwrap’sairpermeability,tippingpaper’sairpermeability,andperforationrownumberhadsignificantinteractions,whichcouldcoordinatelyadjustthefilterventilationrateofcigarette.Withtheincreaofthefilterwrap’sairpermeability,tippingpaper’sairpermeability,andperforationrownumber,thecontentofnicotine,tarandCOinthemainstreamsmokeofcigarettedecread.Accordingtoactualneeds,thefilterwrap’sairpermeabilitywas8000CU,tippingpaper’sairpermeabilitywas250CU,andperforationrownumberwas3,whichcouldreducethecontentofnicotine,tarandCOinthecigarettesmoke,andreducethelossofsmokearoma.
