2.让学生两人一组,就各自的家庭照片进行对话练习:
S1: Who's that man?
S2: He's my dad.
S1: Who's that woman?
S2: She's my mum.

1.T:First.Let’s play a guessing game.I have a good friend.He is a boy.He’s from Canada.Guess:Who’s my friend?(ppt出示A,B,C三个人物画面,请学生选择,答对的奖励)
T:Today we’re going to Mike’s home and meet his family.
(老师带上Mike的头饰,转身变成Mike的角色,ppt出示Mike’s family tree,用第一人称给学生介绍Mike’s family,整体呈现新课内容。)
Hello,I’m Mike. I’m from Canada.Welcome to my home.Look,this is my family . This is my father.This is my mother. This is my grandmother.I call her grandma. This is my grandfather.I call him grandpa. They are my grandfather and grandmother,too. This is my brother.This is my sister. I have a happy family.
2. T:Just now,I introduced my family to you.You know this is my father and this is my m other.(老师把mother,father图贴在黑板上)
教师出示奶奶的照片介绍说:This is an old woman. She's my father's mother. Guess. Who's she? 引导学生说:grandmother(板书:grandmother)然后带读grandmother,讲解:grandmother在口语中可以说成grandma(板书:grandma)。总结:在英语里,爷爷、外公都称为grandf ather.奶奶和外婆都称为grandmother。

3. T: Look at this old man,he’s my mother’s father.He’s my ...,Now let’s learn it.(教师右手出示卡片grand,左手出示卡片mother,请学生跟读,然后再把两张卡片拼在一起,让学生读;老师左手马上举起father,请学生读,然后又把grand和father拼在一起,让学生读,听音跟读grandfather)
Yes,he’s my grandfather.I (教师出示卡片grandma,然后把ma换成pa,引导同学读,跟录音读,学生表现好的奖励)

Practice巩固练习
1.制作family tree,教学单词family教师在板书grandfather和grandmother 的基础上,边介绍家人边将板书补充成:

grandfather(grandpa) grandmother(grandma)
father(dad) mother(mum) ;

教师指着家庭树与学生进行问答:
T: What's this?
Ss: It's a tree.
T: Yes. It's my family tree. How many people are there in my family?
Ss: Seven.
T: Who are they?
Ss: Grandfather, grandmother, father. mother, sister, brother and you.
然后同桌间就黑板上的家庭树,进行介绍,如:Hi, I'm Mike. This is my family. This is my grandpa. This is my grandma.等。This is my father. This is my mother. This is my brother and thi s is my sister.
2.Ask and answer
活动方式:学生利用自己的全家福照片,两人一组编对话并进行表演.
A: Who's this old man?
B: He's my grandpa.
A: Who's this man?
B: He's my father.
A: Who's this old woman?
B: She's my grandma.
A: Who's this woman?
B: She's my mother.
A: Who's this girl (boy)?
B: She's my sister./He's my brother.

Production输出运用
1.Let's chant
(1)教师播放chant录音,让学生小声吟唱,体会chant的节奏。
(2)再放chant录音,让学生大声跟唱。
(3)让学生配上动作边演边唱。
电脑文字乱码
(4)用dad、mum或father、mother替换grandpa和grandma来进行表演.懂得珍惜

Help each other.
2.请学生拿出自己准备的相片和同伴互相介绍自己的家人,也可以选择老师给的卡通人物家庭照介绍(PPT出示Mike’s family ,小灰灰家庭,大耳朵图图家庭,樱桃小丸子家庭),并准备头饰,请同学上台来介绍,看谁说的句子又多又好,该组的奖励就越多)
