新型冠状病毒感染疫情时期更年期女性居家保健建议

[摘要]更年期女性由于卵巢分泌的激素水平波动或下降，神经系统功能处于不稳定状态，会导致一系列生理和心理的改
变，部分女性出现绝经相关症状。然而，绝经症状的发生或严重程度也受到心理及社会因素的影响。在新型冠状病毒感染疫情发 生的特殊时期，更年期女性由于特殊的生理和心理状态及其呼吸系统器官功能相应的改变，使强烈应激源刺激增加了更年期女性 的敏感性，易出现心身功能失调的表现，更需要科学合理地安排居家生活，做好自身保健，防止病毒感染。

[Abstract]Climacteric women due to the fluctuation or decline in the level of hormones creted by the ovary,the nervous system function in an unstable sta te »will lead to a ries of physiological and psychological changes,some women appear menopau related symptoms. H owever,the ont or verity of climacteric symptoms is also affected by psycho-social factors. The prence of new coronavirus infection events might increa climacteric women's susceptibility to develop climacteric symptoms. In the special period of the outbreak of novel coronavirus infection, the special physiologi

Strong stress source to stimulate incread the nsitivity of climacteric women,causing the performance of the psychosomatic disorders. 更年期（climacteric )是指从女性生育期迈向老 年期的一个过渡阶段，包括围绝经期及其前后各一 段长度不等的时间。女性随年龄增长，卵巢分泌的 激素水平出现波动或下降，会引起一系列生理和心 理的改变，部分女性表现出绝经相关症状，称为更年 期综合征（climacteric syndrome )。更年期综合征的 发生或严重程度受个体差异、生物因素、社会环境、职业及文化水平等因素影响。近期，我国全国范围 内爆发新型冠状病毒肺炎，为防止疫情的进一步扩 散，切断传染源，阻断病毒传播途径，减少人员流动，现有大量居民处于居家状态。更年期女性由于体内 雌激素水平的变化，神经系统功能处于不稳定状态，适应环境的能力下降，在这种强烈应激源的刺激下，
