[摘要]目的观察卵巢交界性肿瘤术中冰冻病理检查诊断的符合率及其影响因素分析。方法选取2012年1月~2020年4月卵巢交界性肿瘤初诊患者100例，在术中完成冰冻病理诊断，并以术后常规病理诊断为“金标准”，明确为卵巢交界性肿瘤患者100例。分析术中冰冻病理检查诊断的符合率及其影响因素。结果术中冰冻病理诊断的准确率为92.00%，良性囊肿诊断率为7.00%，术后常规病理诊断准确率为100.00%，良性囊肿诊断率为0，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)；术中冰冻病理诊断为卵巢癌为1.00%。黏液性卵巢交界性肿瘤术中冰冻病理诊断准确率为87.23%,Ⅰ期卵巢交界性肿瘤术中冰冻病理诊断准确率为89.13%，与术后常规病理诊断相比，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。而浆液性卵巢交界性肿瘤术中冰冻病理诊断准确率为96.23%,Ⅱ期卵巢交界性肿瘤术中冰冻病理诊断准确率为85.00%,Ⅲ期与Ⅳ期均为100.00%，与术后常规病理诊断相比，差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。与诊断不准确相比，术中病理诊断准确平均最大径线更长，绝经前率更高(P <0.05)。而两组年龄、病变情况相比，差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论在卵巢交
2020是闰年吗界性肿瘤术中冰冻病理检查中，诊断准确率为92.00%，而影响其诊断准确的因素与病理分型、病理分期、肿瘤大小、绝经有关。其中病理分型为浆液性诊断准确率高于黏液性，分期越高诊断准确率也越高。
