屏障功能的影响
摘要
目的:评价保湿剂(CureCode Double Barrier Cream)对老年人表皮通透屏障功能影响。
方法:招募70岁以上的老人30名,男女不限,双下肢无原发皮肤病(可以有干燥和瘙痒)。左右胫前交替分为CureCode Double Barrier Cr eam处理组和对照组。每日上午和下午各外涂CureCode Double Barrier Cream一次,连续4周,采用病例自身对照的方法,比较两组在试验0,2,4 周后的表皮屏障功能(角质层含水量、胫前透皮失水率、pH值以及屏障功能恢复速度)。

结果:试验性研究入组30名70岁以上老年受试者,30例受试者全部完成2周检测,13例受试者完成4周检测,17例因国内新冠病毒爆发,仅完成试验0及试验2周测试。1.30例受试者完成2周检测,经统计学分析:(1)试验前,两组角质层含水量、胫前透皮失水率、pH值以及屏障功能恢复速度差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)试验期间,试验组角质层含水量增加,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)试验期间,试验组胫前透皮失水率降低,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P< 0.05)。(4)试验期间,试验组pH值降低,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(5)试验期间,试验组皮肤屏障恢复速度降低,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2.13例受试者完成4周检测,经统计学分析(1)试验前,两组角质层含水量、胫前透皮失水率、pH值以及屏障功能恢复速度差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)试验期间,试验组角质层含水量逐渐增加,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)试验期间,试验组胫前透皮失水率逐渐降低,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)试验期间,试验组pH值逐渐降低,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(5)试验期间,试验组皮肤屏障恢复速度降低,与对照组相比差异无统计学意义。
结论:试验结果说明经保湿剂处理,第14天、28天处理侧角质层含水

量较对照侧增加,双胫前透皮失水率、pH较对照侧降低。保湿剂(Cure Code Double Barrier Cream)的使用能改善老年人表皮水分含量,降低表皮pH值,修复受损的皮肤屏障,对老年人的皮肤干燥有改善作用。

Effect of humectants(CureCode Double Barrier Cream) on the epidermal permeability barrier function of the elderly
ABSTRACT
Objective: To evaluate the effect of humectants (CureCode Double Barrier Cream) on the epidermal permeability barrier function in the elderly people.
电子贺卡怎么制作Methods:30 old people over 70 years old were recruited, male and female, with no primary skin dias in both lower limbs (can have dryness and itching). The left and right tibia were alternately divided into CureCode Double Barrier Cream treatment group and control group. CureCode Double Barrier Cream was applied once a day in the morning and in the afternoon for 4 concutive weeks. The lf-control method was ud to compare the epidermal barrier function (stratum corneum hydration, tranpidermal water loss, pH, and speed of barrier function recovery) of the two groups after test 0, 2, 4.
Results: The experimental study enrolled 30 elderly subjects over the age of 70. The all 30 subjects
completed the 2-week test, 13 subjects completed the 4-week test, and 17 subjects completed only the test 0 and the test 2 due to the outbreak of the new crown virus in China. 1.30 subjects completed 2 weeks of testing, and after statistical analysis: (1) Before the test, there was no statistically significant difference in SCH, TEWL, pH, and the speed of barrier function recovery ( P>0.05). (2) During the test period, the SCH of the test group incread, and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group (P<0.05). (3) During the test period, the TEWL in the test group decread, and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group (P<0.05). (4) During the test, the pH of the test group decread, and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group (P<0.05). (5) During the test period, the skin barrier recovery rate in the test group decread, and the difference was statistically significant
compared with the control group (P<0.05). 2.13 subjects completed 4 weeks of testing, and after statistical analysis: (1)Before statistical analysis there were no significant differences in the SCH, TEWL, the pH, and barrier function recovery rate between the two groups (P>0.05). (2) During the test, the SCH in the test group gradually incread, and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group (P<0.05). (3) During the test period, the TEWL in the test group gradually decread, and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group
(P<0.05). (4) During the test, the pH of the test group gradually decread, and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group (P<0.05). (5) During the test, the skin barrier recovery rate in the test group decread, and there was no significant difference compared with the control group.
Conclusions: The test results show that after treatment with humectants, the SCH of the treated side incread on the 14th and 28th days compared with the control side. The u of humectants (CureCode Double Barrier Cream) can improve the SCH of the epidermis of the elderly, reduce the pH of the epidermis, repair the damaged skin barrier, and improve the dry skin of the elderly.
