1．desire n．期望；欲望；渴求；vt.期望得到；想要

(1)desire作名词时，可接不定式或者for短语作定语，还能够接that引导的同位语从句。
(2)desire作及物动词时的常见搭配：
desire sth./to do sth./sb.to do sth./

2．test out 试验；考查

4．sympathy n．同情心
