词形变化：advice[n]→advi[v]
注：advice作“建议，忠告”时，为不可数名词，其后不加“s”，若表示个别的“建议，忠告”时，要说“a piece of advice”。

v 1) 影响

2)（疾病）侵袭，感染
The condition affects one in five women.

vt. 1）赞成，同意；赞许
The professor does not approve the government's foreign policy.
