一、 Project overview工程概况
1、Design situation: The ground is of 200 THK φ 12 two-way C30 concrete floors, surface layer is of KORODUR super-hard industrial floor surface layer. The key and difficult points are as follows:
设计概况:本工程地面为200厚Φ12双成双向C30混凝土地坪,面层为KORODUR超硬工业地坪面层。重点及难点分析
(1)Since large floor area, huge vertical and horizontal span, how to control the smoothness becomes construction focus.
本车间地面面积大,纵横跨度大,如何控制平整度是施工的重点。
(2)The concrete floor is of double two-way rebar mesh, together with larger pavement area. How to control rebar displacement during the working process, is the highlight in construction process of concrete floor.
本工程混凝土地面为双层双向钢筋网片,且铺设面积较大。如何控制在施工过程中钢筋位移,是混凝土地面施工过程中的重点。
(3)Due to the high temperature asons, how to control concrete cracks caud by the temperature stress and shrinkage, as well as ttlement uneven is the main difficulty of construction.
地面砼施工正逢高温季节,如何控制由于温度应力、收缩应力及沉降不均匀引起的混凝土开裂是施工的主要难点。
(4)After concrete pouring, control surface layer working time, so to achieve best results.
地面混凝土浇筑完成后控制面层的施工时间,使其达到面层施工的最佳效果。

本施工方案结合本工程特点主要阐述大面积混凝土地面施工及KORODUR超硬工业地坪面层施工方法,对面积较大且地面为混凝土整体地面平整度要求很高,因此经我项目部仔细研究,借鉴以往成功施工经验,编制本方案旨在指导大面积混凝土地面的施工。
3.Construction conditions施工条件
(1)All pipelines laying on the ground will be embedded completely and through acceptance;
所有地面的线管埋设完成并通过隐蔽验收;
(2)Ground control elevation has been t up;有意境的句子

(3)Ground compaction has completed already, has get the approval by the client and the supervision.

二、 Construction organization施工组织
1、Construction preparation施工准备
(1)Materials equipment preparation: workshop floor concrete adopts goods concrete, take delivery pump to carry concrete. Other material and equipment are: (25 square tube, vibrating spear, polishing machine, 6M- general aluminum scrapingbars.
(1)物资设备准备:生产车间地面混凝土采用商品混凝土,采用输送泵输送
(2)Construction team preparation: Take one concrete construction team, the ground concrete constr
uction needs high technology, so to lect a high-quality rvice team through examining the works model.
(2)施工班级准备:生产车间使用一个地面混凝土施工班组,因为地面混凝土施工的工艺要求高,所以要选择高素质的劳务班组,项目部通过考察样板施工等方式对班组进行选择。
(3)Technical preparation: Before the construction should develop specialized construction plan for technology features and make technology disclosure, the ground elevation control line had been t out and reviewed correctly by the client and the supervision.
技术准备:施工前应针对施工工艺特点制定专项的施工方案,并进行技术交底,地面标高控制线已经弹好并且经过复核无误,通过甲方、监理单位的验收合格。
2、Construction order: According to the actual situation on site, pouring 4 times from eat to west, each pouring interval should not be less than 3days.
施工顺序:施工顺序按照现场实际情况具体布置,浇筑的顺序由东向西以此浇筑共分4次浇筑,每浇筑时间间隔不宜少于3D。

三、 Construction method施工方法:
1、Process flow工艺流程
Positioning and tting (ground elevation and expansion joint locations), Rebar binding, side formwork erection (channel steel) --concrete (artificial)pavement—vibrating and tweed-- detail vibration --fine slick (detail treatment)—spreading KORODUR resistant material—mechanical lifting, polishing--spreading KORODUR special conrvation liquid-- kerf.

1、Construction methods施工方法:
(1)Setting out, rebar binding, lateral formwork erection.

定位放线重点在于控制25方管侧模的标高和位置,混凝土设计厚度为200MM厚。
