摘要：A method of determining exposure of an occupant (8) to equivalent melanopic lux, EML, in an environment (2) comprising one or more indoor spaces and zero or more outdoor spaces, wherein the environment compris one or more illumination devices (4, 5) wherein said one or more illumination devices (4, 5) compri one or more luminaires (4) illuminating the environment with artificial illumination. The method compris: -accessing light level information from one or more information sources (6, 12) wherein the light level information compris information at least on the artificial illumination, and bad at least in part on said information on the artificial illumination determining where in the environment at least a predetermined EML level is prent; - using a tracking system (16) to track the occupant within the environment; and - bad on this accessing and tracking, monitoring whether the occupant has been expod to at least a minimum EML quota, the minimum EML quota comprising the occupant being expod to at least the predetermined EML level for at least a predetermined time period.孕妇可以喝红茶吗
