摘要：Systems and methods for extended quality of rvice class identifier (QCI) masking are described. Subscriber accounts may be assigned an extended QCI value, which may be unsupported by a ur device associated with the subscriber account. The communications network maintains a mapping between extended QCI values and standard QCI values. When a ur device requests a new ssion with the communication network, the ssion may be established such that priority for the ssion within the communication network is bad on the extended QCI value associated with the subscriber account, while the mapped standard QCI value is communicated to the ur device in establishing the ssion.
