Recently, some critics advocate that good communication skill is the most vital characteristic for any successful politician or leader. From my perspective, I’m holding a totally opposite view and insist that good communication skill is not the most crucial virtues for successful leaders or politicians, even though it does play an indispensable role.
Admittedly, I am not denying that splendid communication skill can bring numerous profits a
nd benefits. As we all know, When a leader who is equipped with excellent oral expression ability assigns works to different people, they can express clearly and get the final results he or she wants through constantly exchanging ideas with them in parated phas.
