When the rotation of an auxiliary shaft 30 decreas and matches to the rotation of a gear A31, the one-way clutch 31a of the gear A31 engages with the auxiliary shaft 30 to transmit the rotation of the gear A31 to the gear B33, and thereby the roller shafts 5, 5 take in the bank bill P with torque incread through reduction of rotation.威震逍遥津
