疾病种类摘要：PURPOSE:To make a motor small-sized and energy-saving, by constituting the ultrasonic motor without any rotary mechanism such as a rotor, a shaft, bearings, etc., with a plate of an ultrasonic quadrupole rotating vibrator as a stator. CONSTITUTION:A disc made of piezoelectric ceramic is polarized in the direction of its thickness so as to be of reverd polarity for each micircle. An earth electrode is put to the whole surface of its one side, while on the other side in the positive and negative divided regions ctor electrodes 3-6 opened at right angles of quadrants respectively are put to constitute an ultrasonic rotating vibrator 1. A hole is opened in the centre of a stainless steel plate of the same size as in the above mentioned earth electrode 2. A fastener 2', to which a stainless steel vibrator 2 is fixed, is inrted into the central hole of the vibrator 1. It is then put into an insulation ring 11, around which terminal strips 7 and 9 are put one after another. Next, it is covered with an insulation ring 12 and t to position. Further, terminal strips 8 and 10 are arranged around it. It is covered with an insulation ring 13 then to constitute an ultrasonic motor without a rotating mechanism.
