摘要：PURPOSE: To enhance the insulating withstand voltage of the matching layer arranged on the surface of the ultrasonic emitting surface of a piezoelectric ceramics vibrator. CONSTITUTION: A membrane conductor 60 mutually holding (shorting) the
current supply electrode membranes 21b of a plurality of piezoelectric ceramics vibrators 20a, 20b to the same potential is arranged on the ultrasonic emitting surface (rear surface in a drawing) of a vibration plate 20 consisting of a plurality of the piezoelectric ceramics vibrators 20a, 20b each having a pair of current supply electrode membranes 21a, 21b provided to both surfaces thereof and a matching layer 70 formed from an insulating substance is further arranged on the rear surface of the membrane conductor 60. Since the membrane conductor 60 is ud as a means mutually shorting the current supply electrode membranes 21b on the ultrasonic emitting surfaces of the piezoelectric ceramics vibrators 20a, 20b, there is no possibility such that a short member bites in the matching layer 70 to deteriorate an insulating withstand voltage characteristic and, for example, when this ultrasonic generator is employed in medical treatment machinery, the point at issue such that safety is lost at the time of medical treatment can be eliminated.
