青年人急性下颌智齿冠周炎的诊治效果分析
摘要：智齿冠周炎常以急性炎症形式出现，急性智齿冠周炎的初期，一般全身无明显反应；病情继续发展，局部可呈自发性跳痛或沿耳颞神经分布区产生放射性痛，全身症状可有不同程度的畏寒、发热、头痛、全身不适、食欲减退及大便秘结、白细胞总数稍有增高，中性粒细胞比例上升；在急性期应以消炎、镇痛、切开引流、增强全身抵抗力的治疗为主，当炎症转入慢性期后，若为不可能萌出的阻生牙则应尽早拔除，以防感染再发。
