摘要：A clamping system suitable for a suba pipe compris a first clamp shell (101, figure 1), a cond clamp shell (102, figure 1), and an inner sleeve 103; wherein: the first clamp shell 101 and the cond clamp shell 102 are arranged to surround a pipe; the inner sleeve 103 is divided into first and cond circumferential portions located respectively in the first and cond clamp shells 101, 102; and the clamping system further compris a plurality of springs 109 dispod between the first and cond clamp shells 101, 102 and the inner sleeve 103, the springs 109 being arranged to provide a radially inward force to the inner sleeve 103. Gripping sleeves 105, 106 having cooperating ramp features 107, 108 which drive radial movement of the springs 109 when gripping sleeve 105 is moved axially. Movement of the gripping sleeve 106 may be achieved using an RoV pulling rod 112.
