Actually, I disagree about this. I will tell you about why I disagree about it. First, the right of person is the most important. Person is an animal who can think, so we can't kill people easily, and as you know, the life is the most important in the world. Also the world made a law that person can't kill the person. So, it can't be right punishment. If the goverment has to make this capital punishment, they should cancel that law. Although government has big power, person is person and person can't kill a person. By the way, capital punishment is a kind of legal,but it is illegal about that law. The government is very powerful as you know, but they can't control the life.
Next, we can't do anything if we found the real criminals after the person was dead becau of the capital punishment and who doesn't have any fault. Actually, we have a way. If we check about the criminals once again carefully, we can find a real criminals. However, we have to believe about the special occasion. We should not kill him, we have to investigate him and punish him with right punishment. As you know, capital punishment is the most nervous punishment, so I think we have to punish the criminals with this punishment who kill over 5 people.
