周密的意思摘要：PURPOSE:To decrea the developing time and to reduce the product cost by forming a finger electrode to connect bus bars and disconnecting the electrode from the bus bar at a prescribed position afterward thereby eliminating the need for the forming of a photo mask at each different code. CONSTITUTION:The finger electrodes 16 are formed to connect the bus bars l4a, l4b at a prescribed interval depending on a required tap interval in the unit of two electrodes. The electrodes 16 do not act like tap electrodes. Then the electrodes 16 are disconnected at a prescribed position to t a code. That is, the electrodes 16a,16b are disconnected near the bus bar 14b and the electrodes 16b, 16c are disconnected near the bus bar l4a. Thus, the electrodes 16a, 16d are prolonged from the bus bar 14a toward the bus bar 14b and the electrodes 16b, 16c are prolonged from the bus bar 14b toward the bus bar l4a. When a different code is required, the position disconnecting the finger electrodes is changed.
