摘要：The Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) pandemic has undeniably emerged as the largest global health threat to humanity in this century. SARS-CoV-2 vaccines will be esntial to reduce morbidity and mortality if the virus establishes itlf in the population. The inventors have t up candidate vaccines against SARS-CoV-2. In particular, the inventors have identified specific epitopes to be included in vaccine candidates thanks to analysis of the amino-acid quence of the proteins to map predicted MHC-I and -II epitopes by online software (NetMHC-4.0 and NetMHCII-2.3) and peptide binding prediction software. B cell epitopes were also mapped using online software (BepiPred-2.0 and Discotope), as well as regions rich in epitopes who quences are homologous between SARS-CoV-2 and -CoV-1. Finally, the inventors have generated some specific CD40 antibodies comprising one or more SARS-CoV-2 polypeptide(s) of the prent invention and that are suitable for vaccine purpos.
