摘要：PURPOSE:A nitrogen gas is blown from one end of the opening of the chute at such a rate as the gas always overflows and a pouch is filled with bean snacks together with nitrogen gas, whereby nitrogen gas is aled in the package of bean snacks at a high replacement rate by means of a very simple system. CONSTITUTION:Film 10 is fed from a film roll 1, regulated by guids to surround around the chute pipe 4 and nt downward. The film is aled lengthwi into a cylinder and horizontal aling 6 is effected at a certain interval to form a pouch. In the meantime, a nitrogen gas is continuously blown from the pipe 8 and partially overflown, simultaneously, the nitrogen gas nt out of the bottom of the cylinder 42 is blown out through the vertical grooves 43 on the outer periphery of the cylinder. At the states, the product of bean snack 20 in the hopper 2 is weighed by the balance 3, fed intermittently corresponding to the horizontal alings 6 to the upper part of the pipe 4. Then, the snack to be packed is pasd through the pipe where nitrogen gas is countercurrently flowing and made to drop down through the cylinder 42 together with nitrogen gas into the pouch 60. The pouch is aled to form package 61, which is cut off.
