However, when he said sorry to another group of strangers about the bad weather before asking if he could u their mobile phones, he was 47% successful.

World Water Day
World Water Day is celebrated on March 22 every year. It draws attention to the important role of water in our lives, the difficulties people face in getting water and solutions to the problems. It is reported by scientists that between 55 and 60per cent of the adult body is made of it. In normal conditions, the human body can only stay alive three or four days without water. We need water to stay alive, yet there are billions of people all over the world who do not have access(使用) to safe drinking water.
The problems facing communities without water
Except for the obvious health problems, a shortage of clean water means that some peop
le in some areas — often women and children — have to spend hours every day walking to and from distant water supplies(供应). This means they don’t have time to focus their attention on their work, studies and other duties. So the arch for water becomes their main jobs. For many people, the access to water has become increasingly difficult becau of the increasing need for a limited resource.

In fact, many governments and organizations have already taken actions to offer good solutions. Waste-water recycling, storing rainwater, more efficient irrigation techniques (灌溉技术) and reforestation are good examples of how water can be ud more efficiently. The theme (主题) of World Water Day 2021 is valuing water. The value of water is about much more than its price. Without an understanding of water’s true value, we will be unable to safeguard it.
