PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner for supplying the air of a suitable temperature to each area, and conditioning the air in a common area.
SOLUTION: A casing 2 is provided with a suction port for sucking the indoor air, four independent blowout ports 5 for nding the conditioned air to four independent areas 21, and one common blowout port for nding the conditioned air to the common area 22. The casing 2 further compris a heat exchanger 11, four sirocco fans 9, and four switching dampers 10 for communicating and switching discharge ports of the sirocco fans 9 to the independent blowout ports 5 or the common blowout port 7, inside thereof. The indoor air sucked from the suction port is pasd through the heat exchanger 11, and guided to the independent blowout ports 5 or the common blowout port 6 from the discharge ports of the sirocco fans 9 through the switching dampers 10.
