基于美国全国住院病人样本的心血管疾病研究进展

摘 要：美国全国住院病人样本数据库是一个开放的住院患者数据库，我们检索和阅读了2000～2017年利用该数据库进行心肌梗死、心肌病、心力衰竭和先天性心脏病等心血管疾病的流行病学趋势及预后研究的文献，分别从对疾病的发病率、死亡率、住院率等指标进行综述，以望对国内利用类似大数据开展心血管疾病相关研究提供思路。

Abstract：The National Inpatient Sample Databa of the United States is an open inpatient databa.We arched and read the epidemiological trends of cardiovascular dias such as myocardial infarction曹琪，cardiomyopathy，heart failure and congenital heart dia from 2000 to 2017.The literature on prognostic studies was reviewed from the indicators of dia morbidity，mortality hospitalization rate etc.，in order to provide ideas for domestic rearch on the u of similar big data in cardiovascular dia rearch.
