日间病房双休日手术绩效激励方案设计

海㊀200433)[摘㊀要]㊀目的㊀优化日间病房双休日手术临床运行指标㊂方法㊀依据临床手术科室㊁麻醉手术平台㊁日间病房运行特点与规律，参考同行成功经验，通过确定手术范围与手术人员资质，建立考核基础信息字典库，计算激励补贴总量，明确发放路径，设定绩效考核公式与权重，开发绩效考核分配系统，并及时兑现绩效考核结果这一绩效激励方案，统计该方案实施期间的手术量及患者满意度㊂结果㊀2015年11月至2018年10月，双休日手术量共计完成5943例次，患者平均待床时间由10天减为5天，患者满意度由96%提高到99%㊂结论㊀合理的绩效激励，可调动人员积极性，提高工作效率，减少患者待床时间，提高患者满意度㊂

洛桥[Abstract ]㊀Objective ㊀To optimize clinical performance indicators for weekend surgery in day wards.Methods ㊀According to the characteristics and laws of the operation of clinical surgery department,anaesthetic surgery platform and day ward,and by refferring to the successful experience of peers,the scope of surgery and the qualification of surgical personnel was determined,a dictionary library of basic information for asssment was es-tablished to calculate the total amount of incentive subsidy,the path of distribution was defined,the performance appraisal formula and weight was t up,the performance appraisal distribution system was established and the per-formance appraisal results were provided in time to count the amount of surgery and patient

双休日手术开展瓶颈，提高整体运行效率，促进手术业
务量的增长，本院绩效管理科依据临床手术科室㊁麻醉
手术平台㊁日间病房运行特点与规律，通过对涉及相应
业务的科室主任㊁护士长㊁一线医务人员深入调研，参
考同行成功的绩效激励方案设计㊁应用经验[1]，经科学
cpu频率论证于2015年11月制定本院日间病房双休日手术绩效激励方案㊂该方案实施后极大地调动相关科室人
