摘要：A multi-ction mattress or mattress overlay (300) including a first generally rectangular ction made from a first honeycomb core (202) having a first core face (206) and a cond core face, the first core (202) having a first facing sheet (204) bonded to one of the first and cond core faces, a cond generally rectangular ction (210) made from a cond honeycomb core (212) having a third core face (216) and a fourth core face, the cond core (212) having a cond facing sheet (214) bonded to one of the third and fourth core faces, the cond ction (210) being positioned with one side thereof immediately adjacent an opposing side of the first ction; and a am (224) joining the first and cond ctions together along the lengths of the one side and the opposing side, the am (224) being formed by bonding a portion of the first face (206) extending along the one side to a portion of the third face (216) extending along the opposing side, and by orienting the bonded portions of the first and third faces (206, 216) such that they extend away from a plane including the first and third faces toward a plane including the cond and fourth faces.
