除了 C18 和 ODS 这样的代号,资料中还会使⽤其它的代号,⽐如有同学就提出了这样的问

这种L开头的代号是美国药典的填料型号。
L代表Liquid Chromtography,所以,还有G开头的代号,那就表⽰⽓相系列的柱⼦啦。
在@sunny 同学的这份⽂件中,使⽤了L1、L3、L40、L41、L66。
其中L1 对应的是⼗⼋烷基键合多孔硅胶固定相,也就是最常⽤的C18柱。
L3对应的是多孔硅胶柱,⽤于正相模式或HILIC模式。
⽐较容易混淆的是L1和L2,似乎都是Octadecyl silane C18柱。
