Ok, well I’d say the activity I probably like most when I’m on the beach is…
beach volleyball / frisbee 飞碟 / making sand castles 建筑沙堡/ simply just lying on a deck chair 躺椅and listening to the sound of the waves.
海军突击队 Unfortunately, I don’t (really) get that much of a chance to(我没有那么多机会) play it, becau I live quite far from the coast.
…so I only get the chance to play/do it when I’m on holiday, which is probably only about
once or twice a year (or something左右).
It would be nice to do it more often, but what with work and everything(但由于工作和种.种缘由), it’s just not possible.
(But anyway), as for who I play it with, well what normally happens is that I start playing with a few of my friends who are with me on holiday, and then other people at the beach e us and ask if they can join (in).
Or it’s the other way round, you know, I’ll e people playing and ask to join (in).
The reason I enjoy it so much is that it’s just so fun, especially jumping around in the sand,
内部控制报告 …what (also) makes it fun is that It’s something that I normally don’t get the chance to do.
The other cool thing about it is that you can dive for the ball (鱼跃救球) and land softly in the sand, whereas而 if you tried doing that on a hard surface like concrete 混凝土, it would be extremely painful, as you can imagine! (就像你可以想象的!)
It’s also really good exerci, 这是很好的锻炼
and I always feel (absolutely) exhausted 累死了after playing it.
It’s also a good way to make friends, becau as I mentioned just now, I often end up playing with other people on the beach……and afterwards we might hang out for a bit……

I would like to talk about a time I moved to a new apartment when I was in college in the United States. I have a very clear memory of it becau it was the first time that I moved without the help of my parents. It was about five years ago, and I decided to move to a new apartment at that time becau my old apartment raid the rent by a large margin, and I couldn’t afford it anymore. At first, I thought that this would not be a very difficult task becau of my lack of experience at moving, so you know, I didn’t call anybody to help me. But it turned out that I made a terrible, terrible mistake. It took me almost a whole day to just clean my home and pack up everything, and I never realized t
hat I had so much stuff in my home. I had loads of laundry and stacks of books, all of which I had to carry all by mylf. What’s even wor was that I lived on the cond floor and I had to carry all the heavy furniture through the stairs. I remember I almost broke my back on that day trying to drag my mattress onto the moving van. And when the job was finally finished, I looked like I just came out of a swimming pool. All my clothes were completely soaked by my sweat, and I felt like I didn’t even have the strength to lift a finger anymore. Still, after two days of hard work, the moving was finally complete. Even though I was exhausted, I still felt very happy that I moved into a new home all by mylf for the first time.
雅思口语Part2话题范文:a time when you receive something for free
You should say:
What it was
英语姓氏 When and where you got it
Why you got it
And explain how you felt about it.
参考范文:
It’s pretty common for us to receive something free when we go shopping or eating out, especially if there is a sales promotion.
Last month, I decided to have my hair cut since my hair was a little bit long for me. There was a newly opened barbershop across the campus according to my best friend. He had his haircut done there. In the afternoon on a weekend, I walked to the shop from my dormitory with him. However, since I hadn’t made a barbering appointment in advance, I had to wait for a while – there were a couple of customers before me. When it was my turn, the barber washed my hair with shampoo. I could feel the lather on my hair. Then the barber covered my head with a hot towel, and gave me a haircut, using the straight razor shave. He cut my hair to fit my head shape, and listened to my special request that I would like it to be shorter. After that, he also trimmed my beard.
It was a great rvice. When I was about to pay and leave the shop, I was told that the rvice was free! The reason was that it was my friend who had recommended the shop to me, and my friend held its membership. So I could get a free haircut at the first time. T
his was something really out of expectation. I decided to get a membership in the shop as well. It wasn’t too pricey, 500 yuan for a year and a half. When I got my membership card, the barber also handed me a box. It was a free gift for the new membership. The gift was a little lamp, which would be very uful to me when I did my homework in the evening.
Anyway, both the free rvice and the free gift made me really satisfied with the visit.

This topic reminds me of the time we took class pictures on graduation day.(毕业集体照)
Actually, we all had mixed feelings,(五味陈杂) on the one hand, we were pretty psyched about graduating from university and getting the other hand, we also felt a little bit sad ‘cau we had to say goodbye to all the classmates who have spent the last four years with each other. However, when we took the picture, we still didn’t forget to be funny. I mean, we made faces and pod hilariously to the camera despite the photographer’s objection. He was so pisd off(摄影师怒了).In the end, he couldn’t stand us anymore, and shouted, couldn’t you guys act like normal people and just smile to the camera? After we were done having fun, we thought, maybe we should listen to the photographer and take a decent picture together. So we stood still, and said chee when he clicked the shutter(说茄子按快门).After we got the picture, we were surprid to e that everybody looked great in the picture, I mean, we all had a sweet smile on our face, looking energetic and hopeful.I framed the picture and put it on my bookshelf. It would bring back memories (回忆)from my college years.
Every time I saw tho smiling faces I would recall all the precious moments we had together during tho four years, and I just couldn’t help cracking a smile.
