基于脑网络信息传递特性的癫痫病灶区定位

摘要目的癫痫是一种反复发作的慢性脑疾病,严重危害患者身心健康。如何精确定位癫痫病灶区是目前医学研究热点之一。本文旨在基于脑网络信息传递特性定位癫痫病灶区,期望为临床确诊病灶区提供创新思路。方法应用频域因果连接分析构建5位颞叶癫痫患者颅内脑电特征频段因果网络,计算网络节点因果流。结果(1)颞叶癫痫患者颅内脑电能量分布优势频带是s、e频段,s、e频段能量显著高于其他频段,
病灶区能量分布高于非病灶区。(2)颞叶癫痫患者病灶区因果流小于〇,非病灶区因果流大于〇。结论(1)颞叶癫痫患者颅内脑电特征频段为s、e,病灶区特征频段能量异常增强。
(2)颞叶癫痫患者因果网络中,被定义为因果汇的脑区为临床确诊病灶区,因果源脑区为非病灶区,病
灶区易受非病灶区影响。

【Abstract] Objective E pilepsy is a chronic and relapsing brain d i a,and verely threatens physical and m ental health of the patients. How to precily locate the epileptogenic focus has becom e a new hotpoint of m edical rearch. The aim of this paper is to locate the epileptogenic focus through inform ation transfer characteristic bad on brain netw orks,and to provide new insights for epileptogenic focus localization. Methods The experim ental data are intracranial EEG s obtained from 5 patients with tem poral lobe epilepsy.
The causality analysis in frequency dom ain is applied to construct causality network of the characteristic frequency bands of EEG s and com pute causal flow of network nodes.
