Infectious dia is all around us. Dia-causing agents, such as virus, usually have specific targets. Some virus affect only humans; other virus live in or affect only animals. Problems start when animal virus are able to infect people as well, a process known as zoonosis. When an animal virus pass to a human, the results can be fatal.
