Analysis of Online and Offline Hybrid Teaching Reform Method of Digital Painting Technology Cour Bad on OBE Education Concept

Abstract: In order to fully guarantee the educational resources, bad on the current national policy of running a school of higher education, with continuous improvement as the principle of running a school, strengthening of teacher training, this study intends to improve the quality of teaching, take students as the center, and strengthen the guidance of cours to students. Combined with the current OBE education concept, this paper carries out online and offline hybrid teaching reform, explores effective hybrid education model, in order to achieve the overall improvement of talent training quality.

1. Overview of OBE Educational Philosophy
Outcomes Bad Education (hereinafter referred to as “education concept”) originated from the basic education reform in Australia and the United States, which is called the OBE education model after development combined with the current education concept. This model has a wide range of applications, which means that the formulation and implementation of teaching objectives of each cour can be bad on educational concepts. OBE results-oriented education refers to education bad on learning output, and its connotation can be understood from the following aspects. First, OBE teaching philosophy emphasizes that all students can succeed in learning, students can adopt different learning methods and different learning time; condly, OBE emphasizes the ability as the center, and the formulation of teaching objectives corresponds to the cultivation of core competence of talents,

which has clear requirements and can find the corresponding educational content in each cour. Third, it emphasizes the concept of individualized teaching, and the teaching evaluation and asssment methods are formulated by students to realize the individualized teaching. Fourth, OBE emphasizes performance responsibility. It emphasizes the evaluation of teaching effect and learning outcomes and the realization of goals. Schools and teachers bear the main responsibility in students’ learning outcomes, and can put forward improvement measures according to suggestions. Fifth, OBE emphasizes learner-centered teaching evaluation and adopts different teaching methods and means for different students. In the grade asssment, students’ personalized development should be en as the basis.
2. Analysis of Hybrid T eaching Model
(1) The connotation of hybrid teaching mode
As early as the end of the 20 th century, the United States took the lead in proposing the concept of hybrid teaching mode. This teaching mode advocates relying on information technology, applying advanced Internet in the teaching process, taking students as the main body and teachers as the gui
dance, and realizing the combination of online and offline teaching. Hybrid teaching mode is a new teaching mode, which aims to improve students’ learning effect and combines traditional teaching methods with emerging network teaching. In this mode, more emphasis is placed on the interaction between students and teachers, and more emphasis is placed on cooperation and communication between teachers and students. At the same time, the online cour mode can greatly supplement the lack of traditional offline teaching resources. It can not only take students as the center, strengthen the relationship between teachers and students in teaching students, but also provide students with rich resources, expand students’ thinking space and improve students’ scientific inquiry ability.
(2) Analysis of the application of mixed teaching mode
At prent, bad on the development needs of the times, colleges and universities actively promote the application of mixed teaching mode, but during the practical application, the following problems have arin. First, the network teaching content is relatively backward. Bad on the Digital Painting Technology cour, the existing network cour content is still bad on teaching materials. Many curriculum resources have been recorded for a long time, and the cour content has not been updated in the light of the current situation. Although online curriculum resources are provided for stu
dents, there are still problems of backward curriculum resources. Second, the teaching form is relatively single. At prent, most of the practical application of blended teaching in colleges and universities still stays in the form of courware and video playback. The whole teaching

process is still taught by teachers and listened to by students. Teachers and students u the platform to answer questions less frequently, so students are still in a passive position under the mixed teaching mode. Students only pay attention to how to obtain high scores in the cour, but fail to improve their personal curriculum ability according to the training objectives of the Digital Painting Technology cour. Third, students are lack of learning interest and motivation. The hybrid teaching mode can provide students with abundant network resources, and students can obtain resources according to their personal needs. However, in the process of explaining the current cour of Digital Painting Technology, students have weak learning motivation and low participation in curriculum learning. Even if sufficient teaching resources are provided, only a few students can actively arch for resources, and most of them are still unable to mention their interest in the cour.
3. Analysis on Hybrid T eaching Method of Digital Painting T echnology Cour under OBE Education Concept
Bad on the concept of OBE education, this paper takes the cour of Digital Painting Technology as an example to analyze the reform of online and offline mixed teaching methods of the cour under the educational concept.
(1) Changing teaching concepts and renewing teaching starting points
At prent, the concept of education pays attention to the dominant position of students, changes teacher-led into teacher-guided, and carries out teaching centered on students. OBE education concept takes goal-oriented teaching results as the goal and pays attention to students’ central position. Taking the cour of Digital Painting Technology as an example, in the implementation process of the cour, it is necessary to implement the teaching content with the teaching goal. In the process of establishing the overall teaching goal and teaching content of the cour, first of all, it is clear what the starting point of the curriculum goal is. (2) Reform of teaching process

of students’ skills, flexibly prent the teaching content and enrich the teaching methods. Starting from the cour tasks can make it clear the cour tasks that students need to complete under the cour. Secondly, clarifying the key and difficult points in the cour can enable students to break through the key and difficult points according to their personal basis.
(3) Reform of teaching mode
Teachers should consciously change the traditional teaching mode from a single teaching and guidance to a mixed teaching mode. Using the hybrid teaching method, a new teaching form is established. By means of online and offline teaching, students can connect their learning contents before, during and after class. According to the analysis of students’ characteristics and learning situation, reasonable organization and arrangement of teaching content; the best teaching effect can be achieved by collecting resources online and integrating resources offline. This process is more targeted and personalized, personalized design and teaching tracking can be carried out according to students’ learning situation, so that students become the leader of learning. For example, in the cour of Digital Painting Technology, it is difficult for students to fully grasp the u of painting software and painting technology in the limited time of class. At the same time, the cour of Digital Painting Technology involves many knowledge points such as design sketch, color performance, composition art, and students can not obtain rich knowledge only through offline learning. The u of online resources, can be bad on personal learning, fill gaps, targeted learning.
(4) Changing the original evaluation mechanism
In the process of online learning, teachers should clarify students’ individual needs and help students complete autonomous learning. Therefore, in order to achieve the expected goal, teachers need to implement the supervision of students’ online autonomous learning. First of all, from the perspective of teachers, teachers should be able to apply more skillfully the network platform. Through the analysis of the platform data at the teacher side, teachers can monitor and track each student’s learning situation, record students’ learning situation. In the hybrid teaching mode, the teaching results not only stay in the students’ academic achievements, but also pay more attention to the development evaluation of students, bad on the learning process to aggravate the process asssment. On the evaluation method of Digital Painting Technology cour, the evaluation content is enriched. Students’ attendance, online and offline homework completion, classroom performance, online examination and final scores are the key contents of the evaluation, so as to realize the comprehensive and personalized evaluation of students’ development from multiple angles.

oncept and the realization of hybrid teaching methods are both attempts and explorations in the process of building first-class cours. In the context of the information age, hybrid teaching mode is the trend of the situation, and OBE education concept will also become a popular teaching concept.
