Geisha,a group of special people ,who depend on exquisite acting for their livelihood, is a reprentative traditional Japane culture as well.
Geisha dates back to 17th century .It was founded in Tokyo and Osaka but flourished in Kyoto.In the early age, most of Geisha are male.On account of some unusual work nature and requirement .,however,female replaced male little by little.
To be a geisha is far from easy.They accept professional training at about 5 years old.They spend half of their day in different class,dancing,singing,and playing instruments.Aside from basic training ,some elaborate traditional make-ups that all geishas have to wear are also complex.First of all ,they need apply a white paste all over their face,neck,and shoulders.Then ,having a particular hairstyle is mandatory.Finally they have to put on traditional Japane clothes.Geisha must look exactly right-perfect.By watching their tender and meticulous acting,the guests are let to appreciate the beauty of Japane culture.

s faced with vere challenges.
1 Becau of the limit in terms of ages,geisha generally retire when they are 30 years old. .And their lives couldn’t be arranged well.
2 In modern Japan ,few people are willing to throw themlves into geisha industry with their passion.So it is on the brink of extinction.
I can’t help mylf thinking deeply on Chine traditional culture,How can it find a way out ？That’s an extremely urgent matter.As a college student,from my point of view ,if we pool our efforts together to protect our traditional culture ,some day ,we can tell our children proudly:“Look!That’s blowing sugar ......”rather than ask Internet for help.
