带有前掠叶片的轴流风扇空气动力性能研究
摘要
轴流风扇广泛应用于计算机CPU散热及空调通风等场合,为提高风扇的效率和运行稳定性,研究轴流风扇的叶片结构是非常有必要的。
本文采用NUMECA公司的CFD软件包Fine/Turbo对选取的轴流风扇直叶片与前掠叶片叶顶间隙流场进行数值模拟,并对结果进行确认研究。在了解轴流风扇的工作原理的基础上,利用NUMECA中的软件包进行先对模型进行网格划分,然后对所得到的网格划分进行计算设置及计算过程,最后把计算结果进行后处理。得出轴流风扇直叶片与前掠叶片叶顶间隙流场比较。
通过对计算结果进行分析,前掠叶片风扇的全压升有一定提高,效率有所提高,压力和速度在压力面和吸力面上的分布有一些差异,包括前掠叶片吸力面的低压区较大、压力面的高压较高等,说明前掠叶片的流动损失较小,相对于直叶片具有较好的气动性能。

Aerodynamic performance rearching of axial flow fan with forward-swept blades
ABSTRACT
Axial fans are widely ud in the field of computer CPU heat ventilation and air conditioning, and so on, to improve the efficiency of fans and stability operations, study axial fan blade structure is very necessary.
This paper lected the straight-swept blades and forward-swept blades of axial flow fans, using the Fine/Turbo software of the Belguim company NUMECA to numerical Simulation and the results of validation studies. In the ba of understanding axial flow fan working principle, the model grid is divided and calculated ttings and the calculation process, finally, dealing with the results of post-processing.
The results of the analysis, the former all-swept fan blades have a certain pressure or increa in efficiency can be raid, the pressure and speed and the suction surface pres
sure distribution of the surface there are some differences, including the forward-swept blade area of low pressure suction side of the larger, high pressure, such as high-pressure side to illustrate the flow of grazing loss leaves smaller, have better aerodynamic performance.
