guarantee，warranty区别不同
外方与客户的验收证书上同时出现了guarantee和warranty，这两个词有什么不同吗？搜索了半天，找到一些答案，却也只懂了个模棱两可。不过还是试着把有益于理解的部分翻译了一下：

There is simply no cost for a guarantee. A guarantee can be considered as a legal contra
ct but without any payment. Therefore, it is given freely. However, a warranty attracts charges as an insurance policy would. This is why, in order to make a warranty legally viable, a customer needs to pay for the product first. It can then be ud as a legal instrument which, depending on its strength, can subject the ller to lawsuits if they do not comply with said promi (which is repairing and replacing of articles).
