九完五交 Nice completions & five hand-over(Hand-over)
工程中间交接应具备的条件：
Conditions for project hand-over are as below:
1、 工程按设计内容施工完；
Project construction is completed bad on engineering.
2、 工程质量初评合格；
Project preliminary quality evaluation is qualified.
3、 工艺、动力管道的耐压试验完，系统清洗、吹扫、气密完，保温基本完；
The pressure test is done for process and dynamic piping and the system washing, purging, tightness test and insulation is mostly done.
4、 静设备强度试验、无损检验、清扫完；
The strength test, NDT and cleaning are done for static equipment.
5、 动设备单机试车合格(需实物料或特殊介质而未试车者除外)；
The solo test is qualified for rotary equipment (except tho demanding of feed or special medium in the machine test).
6、 大机组用空气、氮气或其它介质负荷试车完，机组保护性联锁和报警等自控系统调试联校合格。
The load test of tho big packages is done with medium like air, nitrogen or others. The link test is qualified for the auto control system like the protective interlock and alarming.
7、 装置电气、仪表、计算机、防毒防火防爆等系统调试联校合格。
The link test is qualified for plant electrical, instrument, computer, anti-toxic, fire fighting and anti-explosion systems, etc.
8、 装置区施工临时设施已拆除，工完、料净、场地清；
The temporary facilities for the construction are dismantled within plants. The construction is done, materials cleaned up, areas cleaned up.
9、 对联动试车有影响的三查四定项目及设计变更处理完，其它未完尾项责任、完成时间已明确。
“Three inspections and four fixes” (punch list) and design changes are clod up and other uncompleted obligations and the completion timing have been made clear and confirmed.
工程中间交接的内容：
Details required in hand-over:
1、 按设计内容对工程实物量的核实交接；
Check and hand-over of the project physical completion according to engineering;
2、 工程质量的初评资料及有关调试记录的审核验证与交接；
Review and hand-over of the preliminary quality evaluation documents and relevant commissioning records;
3、 安装专用工具和剩余随机备件、材料的交接；
Hand-over of dedicated installation tools and of remained spares and materials delivered together with equipment;
4，工程尾项清理及完成时间的确认；
The punch list are cleaned up with timing for completion confirmed;
5, 随机技术资料的交接。
Hand-over of technical documents delivered together with equipment;
