摘要：PURPOSE:To cure the air tightness, miniaturized and lighten the manifold and reduce the manhours by integrally molding flow passages opened in a surface and communicated with an outside apparatus, and attaching screw holes for connecting packing grooves and outside parts to the surface. CONSTITUTION:In a manifold ba 12, a first to a fourth hole parts 18, 20, 22, 24 penetrating both end portions for fitting plates are defined and female screws 26 for fitting end plates are provided. On one of side surfaces, a first to a sixth communication ports 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42 are provided together with packing grooves 44 and attaching screw holes 46. The first to the fourth communication ports 32, 34, 36, 38 are communicated with the first to the fourth holes parts 18, 20, 22, 24 respectively and the fifth and the sixth communication ports 40, 42 pierce to a side surface of the other and side. Further, in a side surface portion abutting on an ejector, a venth communication port 48 with the fifth and the sixth communication ports 40, 42 are provided together with packing grooves 50 and attaching screw holes 52. Accordingly, the air tightness is cured and the miniaturization and light-weight as well as manhour reduction of the manifold can be realized.
