电镀测试和检查标准的检测程序
Scope 范围
This document specifies the Engineering Requirements Specifications to be conducted at OQC for all Spring Contacts with plating. Unless otherwi noted, the tests shall be applied to finished springs at the plating supplier or spring supplier
site prior to shipment to customer. The customer is permitted to conduct any or all of the tests requirements at their IQC to the sampling frequencies defined in this document and is obligated to reject the lot if any test fails the requirement.
本文件适用于成品出货检验所有弹簧片接触面的电镀技术要求规格, 文件中定义了客户允许进行的任何或所有的测试要求,除非另有说明,否则在出货给弹簧客户之前,电镀供应商或者弹簧供应商都必须完成这些测试,若有任何测试失败不合要求项,客户IQC在取样频率中有责任判定为不合格Lot。
The quality of the part should not be degraded by asmbly, molding, or processing into the final unit, so springs from disasmbled units must also pass
the test requirements specified in this document, unless otherwi noted.
为降低后序装配,注塑或最后加工成成品的部分质量,所以本文件规定了弹簧从拆开的产品就必须通过这些测试的要求,除另有注释外。
The failure modes of concern include but are not limited to the following.

1) Delamination of the plating layer from the basis metal

The tests are to be conducted at the sampling frequencies defined in this document. All samples tested must pass prior to shipping the lot and to be accepted at
the customer site.

OQC Test Requirements OQC 测试要求
Unless otherwi noted, the samples must meet all functional requirements specified in the ERS.
除另有说明,样品必须满足ERS规定的所有功能性需求。
1. Thickness Measurement 厚度测量
A. Plating Thickness Specification: 镀层厚度规格说明
Plating thickness is specified in the part drawing. The u of blockers must be reviewed and approved by QE from customer.
镀层厚度依指定的零件图,雏形锻模的使用必须由客户质量工程师进行审核和批准。
B. Sampling Frequency:抽样频率
Thickness is to be checked on 32 randomly lected pieces per lot at OQC. A lot is to be defined as the quantity shipped and received at the customers IQC. Lots larger than 500,000 pieces should be broken into multiple lot sizes not exceeding 500,000 pieces for the purpo of plating ERS testing. Select the 32 test samples randomly from the lot, to include various reels and randomly lected positions on each reel.
厚度每个lot OQC随机检查32片作为出货数量出给客户IQC。大于500,000片的Lots可分成很多个批量不超过500,000片的lot,再从每个lot里,包括每卷reel中随机性抽取32个作为测试样品。
C. Measurement Equipment:测量设备
FISCHERSCOPE X-RAY XULM or other customer QE approved X-ray measurement equipment.
FISCHERSCOPE X-RAY XULM 或者其它被客户质量工程师认可的X-ray 测量设备。
D. Measurement Method:测量方法
Plea allow X ray equipment to warm up completely prior to measurement. Run the appropriate benchmark and calibration cycles for the specific material measured. Measure each plated area at 3 points of the contact area of the spring. Record all measurements and report the average measurement for each contact on the part. Plea follow SQE instruction for specific test location map below.
测量前启动运行X-ray设备,根据具体的实物量具调试运行适当的基准程序和校准周期,测量每个电镀镀金区域接触面的3个点镀面积,记录所有测量值和每个接触面的平均测量值。

2. Salt Mist Test 盐雾测试
This test is bad on ASTM B117: Standard Practice for Operating Salt Spray (Fog) Apparatus, ASTM International. Perform the salt mist test for number of hours specified on part drawing.
这个测试基于ASTM国际标准化ASTM B117:标准的操作盐雾测试流程,依零件图上规定的进行数小时的盐雾测试。
A. Sampling Frequency: 抽样频率
Salt Spray is to be conducted on 5 pieces randomly lected per lot.
每个Lot随机抽取5片来进行盐雾测试。
B. Test Method:测试方法
Place test specimens on the racks in the chamber cabinet by allowing at least
50mm between test specimen for adequate fog circulation. Do not allow condensation from one specimen to fall on another. Expo the samples to the salt fog for the number of hours specified on drawing at 35°C ambient. Let parts dry for 24 hours in ambient conditions.
请将检测的样品放在实验柜中的架子上,并保证样品间至少50mm的距离以便有足够的盐雾流通,不允许有冷凝从一件样品滴到另一件样品上。按零件图规定的让样品在35°C的盐雾环境中暴露数小时,烘干24小时。
C. Inspection Criteria:检查标准
Save an image of the sample before and after testing for QC records. Gold plating is to be checked for any corrosion and for function. Note any cosmetic blemishes. Tin layer is exempt from salt spray requirement. Inspect sample under 20x magnification.
样品需在20倍放大的倍率下检查,QC 记录保存测试前后样品的影像,检查镀金的腐蚀和功能,注意任何镀金层表面的瑕疵(花痕、污点,色点等),锡层免除了盐雾测试要求。
2. Heat Quench Test 热处理测试
This test is bad on ASTM B571: Standard Practice for Qualitative Adhesion Testing of Metallic Coatings.
该测试基于ASTM B571:金属表面附着力标准测试流程。
A. Sampling Frequency: 抽样频率
Heat Quench Test is to be conducted on 5 pieces randomly lected per lot.
每个Lot随机抽取5片进行附着力测试。
B. Test Method:测试方法
Heat the plated sample in an oven for 30 minutes at 300ºC ±10ºC. Then quench the part in water at room temperature.
镀金试样品放在烤箱里30分钟,烤箱温度为300ºC ±10ºC,然后冷浸在室温下的水中。
C. Inspection Criteria:检查标准
Inspect samples under 20x magnification. No Flaking or peeling of the plated layer
is acceptable. Blisters may erupt during the heat quench test when plating solution
is entrapped in substrate surface pits or pores which are bridged by the deposit. If the deposited coating cannot be peeled or lifted from the substrate in an area adjacent to the blister, the appearance of blisters should not be interpreted as evidence
of inferior adhesion.
样品需在20倍放大的倍率下检查,镀金层没有脱落和脱皮为可接受的。当电镀液遗留在基板底层呈现有凹点或气孔,在冷浸水期间可能会有水泡或气泡产生,如果沉积在镀层表面的残留物不能从基板底邻近的区域剥去或解除而浮出气泡,这个起泡现象是明显的附着力粘性差的次品。
