摘要：PURPOSE:To enable mass-production of mushroom by adding a water-absorbing swelling substance and a nutrient to crushed corncob, granulating the mixture, preparing a culture medium from the granule and culturing mushroom on the medium. CONSTITUTION:A water-absorbing substance and a nutrient are added to crushed corncob and the mixture is granulated. Mushroom is cultured on a culture medium prepared by using the granule. The culture medium is prepared preferably by adding 60-65wt.% of water to the granular culture ba and pressing the ba in a vesl.
