Labor makes me progress
What are the benefits of labor for me? My answer is: progress.
You should know clearly that in the process of labor, on the one hand, human beings form information through the transformation of behavior and thinking mode, lect information through value judgment and value evaluation, and store and disminate information through experience and ability.
On the other hand, information is formed through the establishment, development and perfection of various forms of extended dissipation structure, information is lected through value judgment and value evaluation, and information is stored and disminated through science and technology. In esnce, all human activities are valuable movements, which are the process of constant transformation, constant circulation and constant appreciation of values in different forms. This is the progress of human beings and also my progress.

On the other hand, labor itlf is a kind of spiritual activity. Happiness is generated from labor, trouble is excluded from labor, and idleness is boring and empty. And thus make my progress, that is, labor makes me progress.
