消防报警工程Automatic fire alarm system
火灾自动报警系统为集中报警系统，由消防报警与联动系统组成。本项目设置一台报警控制主机设在门卫消防控制中心，通过消防端子箱与所有的建筑物内消防终端报警设备连接。

1. 施工准备Installation Preparation
(1) 施工前，检查设备布置平面图、接线图、安装图、系统图及设备随机文件等是否齐全，
熟悉并掌握有关图纸资料，了解设计意图，掌握设计内容及技术条件，会审图纸，明确各专业间的配合关系，并收集有关的规范、标准及施工记录表格等。
Before installation, check and read through working drawings including layout plan, schematics, wiring diagrams and equipment installation manual. Understand the design purpo and master the design contents and technical conditions, corss check the drawings to clearly understand the cooperative relations among different specialties, also collect relative codes, standard and construction records, etc.
(2) 编制施工方案、技术交底、材料计划等，并对施工班组进行技术、安全交底，要求班组严格按照图纸施工，确保系统一次交验成功。
Prepare construction scheme, complete technical disclosure, and material planning, conduct technical and safety disclosure to the contruction team and request the construction team to follow the drawings meticulously during construction to ensure first time successful acceptance.
2. 探测器的安装、接线 Detector Installation and wiring
(1) 探测器的定位Detector Location
1） 综合考虑质量、效能、美观等因素，并符合规范要求，注意纵、横成排对称，内部接线紧密、牢固美观。
Consider the quality, efficience, appearances and other factors, follow the regulations, make sure the detectors are located longitudinally and transversally symmetrical. The internal wiring should be neat. The installation of the detectors should be solid and good looking
2） 与照明灯具的水平净距不小于0.2m，四周0.5m内不应有遮挡物，至空调送风口水平距离不小于1.5m，至多孔送风顶棚孔的水平距离不小于0.5m。
The horizontal distance between the detector and the lighting fixtures should be no less than 0.2m and there should be no blocking obeject within 0.5m. The horizontal distance to the air supply vent should be no less than 1.5m and the hosizontal distance to the perforated air supply grille should be no less than 0.5m

3) 避开温、湿度急剧变化的场所。
Avoid location with drastic temperature and humidity fluctuation
(2) 探测器的固定 Fixing Detectors
1） 探测器安装时先装探测器底座，待整个安装工程全部安装完毕后再安装探头。
Install detectors’ bare ba first. Upon completion of whole routing, install the detector
2） 底座安装在预埋接线盒上，线盒上的两个固定孔距离为70mm。
Install detectors’ bare ba at concealed junction box, the space between the two fixing holes should be 70mm.
3） 底座固定牢靠，其导线连接必须可靠压接。
Ensure proper wirings and fast fixing of ba.
4） 严格按色标区分“+”、“-”两极和其他模块的I/O、控制回路、通讯回路的连线。
Striclty differenciate the “+” “-” electrodes and the wiring of I/O, control loop and communication loop of other moduels by color codes.
5） 外接导线留有不小于15cm余量。安装完毕后采取诸如穿线孔封堵，防尘、防水、防碰等防
护措施。
At least 15cm of extended wire should be left outside of the ba. After completion of installation, protective measures should be adopted such as blockage of wiring holes, dust proof, water proof, tamper proof
6） 探测器的确认灯面朝便于人员观察的主要入口方向。
Detector indicating lamp shall face towards main entrance of the room for convenient checking

3. 感烟探测器的安装与接线Installation of detectors and wiring
1）安装 Installation
先将通用底座用2只M4螺钉紧固在预埋件接线盒上（安装孔距70mm），然后将本探测器直接拧合在通用底座上（顺时针方向）。
Install the general ba on the concealed junction box with 2 M4 scres (with 70mm space between the holes), then screw the detector to the general ba clockwi directly.
