龈上洁治术联合奥敏清对慢性单纯性牙龈炎的疗效

目的 探討龈上洁治术联合奥敏清对慢性单纯性牙龈炎的疗效。方法 选取

2016年3月～2017年2月我院收治的88例单纯性牙龈炎患者作为研究对象，根

据所用方法的差异将其分为对照组和联合治疗组，每组各44例。对照组患者采

用龈上洁治术进行治疗，联合治疗组患者采用龈上洁治术联合奥敏清治疗。比较

两组患者的牙龈炎控制总有效率、治疗前后牙周相关指数、治疗前后咀嚼效能与

生活质量评分、不良反应发生率及复发率。结果 联合治疗组患者的牙龈炎控制

总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗前，两组患者的牙周

相关指数比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后，联合治疗组患者的牙周

相关指数低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗前，两组患者的咀嚼

效能、生活质量评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后，联合治疗组

患者的咀嚼效能、生活质量评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两

组患者的不良反应发生情况比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。联合治疗组患

者的复发率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 龈上洁治术联合

奥敏清对慢性单纯性牙龈炎的疗效确切，可有效改善患者病情，消除明代家具 牙周症状，

促进咀嚼功能和患者生活质量的改善，效果肯定，值得推广。
